Welcome to the REGISTRATION for our 2022 Trials, Tryouts and Open Sessions.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up to attend.

PRINT THESE NOTES TO ASSIST WITH YOUR PREPARATION

  1. Players must be registered for the trial/tryout/open sessions no later then 12:00pm (noon) the day of their first session in order to attend.  This is to ensure we do not go over the total number of people within the facility and allow our staff to prepare. 
  2. Players must complete the Declaration of Compliance and Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement which is part of the registration form for the trials/tryouts/open sessions. 
  3. Players and spectators must be wearing a face covering when entering the facility, when dealing with a Field Manager and until social distancing is easy.
  4. Spectators must remain wearing a face covering and social distanced at all times.
  5. Indoor field tryouts are 1 spectator per player maximum.
  6. Spectators can enter the facility at the start time of the tryout.
  7. Arrive to check-in with Field Manager 5-10 minutes early.
  8. Players and spectators must leave the facility immediately following the completion of the session to allow staff to prepare for the next sessions and the traffic to flow safely. 
  9.   10. Players are to bring with them the following:
    1. verification email of the daily COVID-19 ASSESSMENT (on device or even printed to display date/verified)
    2. labelled water bottle
    3. hand sanitizer
    4. white shirt
    5. dark coloured shirt
